Found it at a local estate sale dating back about 50 years. Item is obviously used, crafted of heavy-duty metal, mising 1 spoke and guaranteed to give the user a backache. Otherwise you may use this as a lawn decoration, conversation piece, collectible or parts if rebuilding a similar item.
Overall the wheel measures approx 29" in diameter, comes with 2 long, curved metal handles, still works if need be and not able to be shipped due to it's size. I will gladly meet you within 20 miles of my home here in Texas to deliver.
